Job Summary:
AKOA Beverages Limited is seeking dependable and hardworking Factory Hands to support production operations. The role involves assisting in the manufacturing, packaging, and handling of beverages, ensuring efficiency, safety and quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production and packaging of beverages.
- Handle raw materials, bottles, sachets and finished products safely.
- Operate or assist with machinery as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality control guidelines.
- Report any production or safety issues to supervisors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a factory, production or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to safety and hygiene standards.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
