MR. JACOB KOFI AMEGASHITSI is a seasoned Chemical Engineer and Human Resource Practitioner. He started his professional career with the Volta Aluminum Company Ltd ( VALCO) in 1974. He later joined the erstwhile Ghana Industrial Holding Company [GIHOC] in 1987, where he served as the Quality Control Manager at GIHOC Glass Factory, Aboso -Tarkwa. He was later promoted to the position of an assistant Production Manager with GIHOC Paints Manufacturing Company, Tema and eventually became the Production Manager in GIHOC Bottling Company – [Pepsi-Cola], Accra. He joined The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Ghana Ltd [TCCBCGL] as the first Production Manager in 1996. Between 2010-2012, he was the Capability Building Consultant for the Equatorial Territory [EQAT] of Equatorial Coca Cola Bottling Company [ECCBC] Group of bottling plants in twelve (12) countries and was key in the facilitation of the Management Skills Enhancement and training programs.

Certificate Glass Technology, Government Industrial Research Institute, Osaka, Japan. Certificate Maintenance Management, Swedish Board for Investment and Technical Support, Stockholm Sweden.
